In the Pre-Construction phase our team will lead the overall project program creation that includes scope of work, conceptual planning, constructability review, value engineering, budgets, schedules, site analysis, feasibility and assessments, facility investment analysis, and management coordination.


Our Design-Build structure creates an overall efficiency and effectiveness for our projects. We diligently guide our engineers and architects to meet the goals of each project.


Construction Management is an essential phase of each project. Our attentive construction management team manages our qualified subcontractors and design professionals to deliver projects of the highest quality that meet industry standards, while meeting the budget and schedule demands for each project.  We handle all aspects of project management in-house.  In partnership with our development company, The Davis Group, we manage each phase of site development including site engineering, site permits, grading, and erosion control. Alpharetta Construction then manages the entire building permitting and construction phase, as well as tenant/management coordination items.


The General Contractor is responsible for the quality of all work performed by any and all subcontractors during General Construction with safety on the job site being top priority.  Our dedicated construction team invests the time and energy necessary to be well-prepared for each project and any unique situations that may arise.  During the construction phase, we fully manage all contract documents including drawings, project manuals (including general, supplementary and/or special conditions and specifications), addendum or modifications, and warranty binders.
